The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control reported a new grim milestone in the coronavirus pandemic in the country. The agency which regularly updates Nigerians on the number of cases of the covid-19 virus in Nigeria reported 34 new cases on Wednesday night.
Despite posting the figures late into the Night many Nigerians waited for the updates and were dismayed by the results.
Thirty-four new cases of #COVID19 have been reported as follows:

12 in Kano
2 in Katsina
1 in Delta
1 in Niger

The country recorded 34 new cases, with Lagos reporting 18 new cases while the northern commercial hub of Kano reported 12. Katsina state also reported 2 cases while Delta and Niger reported 1 each. Total number of deaths in the country from the disease stands at 12
